Meet Jennifer

A lawyer who’s seen every side of the table.

Jennifer Brantley is the founder of J Brantley Law, PLLC, where she advises creators, brands, and growing businesses on trademarks, contracts, and business formation. She is licensed in Georgia and Texas and practices trademark law before the USPTO nationwide.

Before launching her firm, Jennifer spent years in federal service as an Attorney Advisor and Chief of General Law, and earlier as a contract specialist and procurement professional on large public projects like the California High Speed Rail Program. She has also built multiple businesses of her own, which means she teaches legal risk the way owners experience it: in deadlines, signatures, and decisions made under pressure.

Her audiences leave with plain language, practical steps, and the confidence to act on what they learned. Her message regarding reinvention comes from experience too, as a military spouse moving between federal service, private practice, and entrepreneurship without starting over.
